Starting to get more interested in this EQ Landmark

I have been watching videos on the product since its announcement but recently I have fallen behind. So I did a quick YT search and found this vid:

Listen, this is probably the most excited I’ve been about a video game in years. I hope, and some people are explaining to me that this is not how Landmark was designed, but I hope they offer downloadable maps/content. I understand it’s not Minecraft, but why can’t a recreation of Tunaria be developed?

I like the idea, but will it be like EQNext as far as quests, dungeons and the like… with the ability to change the environment? Or, is it an entirely different game with no questing, dungeons and levels?

I do plan on playing EQNext…but am not sure if I will do much with the Landmark side of the game. It sounds like the Landmark thing will be used for Player Created items and the like that can be sold in game, kind of like the player items are used in EQ2.
